Private label sheet masks and sheet mask OEM in Korea
Brands work with GDK on masks in three ways. For private label sheet masks, our R&D and design teams develop the essence, sheet and pouch for your brand (ODM). For sheet mask OEM, you bring the specification or formula and we procure materials and manufacture in Korea under CGMP, ISO 22716 and ISO 9001. Fingerprint-free, automated mask production
No worker's hand touches the product.
Mask quality depends on hygiene as much as on the essence. GDK runs a six-step automated line in which no worker's hand touches the product — which is why we call it the fingerprint-free process:
- Automated cutting of the mask sheet
- Automated folding
- Automated insertion into the pouch
- Automated filling of the essence on pouch filling lines
- Automated packaging into unit cartons
- Automated wrapping to completion

Patented mask technologies
Biodegradable sheet mask packaging – Patent No. 10-2390469
Mask packaging is single-use by nature. GDK developed and patented a mask kit packed in biodegradable packaging material, so brands can reduce the environmental footprint of their mask line without giving up the sheet format. This technology reflects the sustainability principle of GDK's Great Innovation standard.
Peel-off pack with whole botanicals – Patent application 10-2019-0063226
GDK has filed a patent application for a cosmetic composition for peel-off packs that contains natural materials such as flower petals in their original form. The botanicals stay visible inside the formula, adding visual appeal and letting consumers see what they are applying.
Wash-off mask formulas you can launch
Two of GDK's ready-to-market formulas are wash-off masks inspired by traditional Korean ingredients:
- Rice Sediment Mask – made with rice lees extract from makgeolli brewing, with a texture and scent that recall the lees themselves. It keeps the skin moist while on and gently removes dead skin cells and impurities when rinsed off.
- Ssukddeum (Mugwort) Cream – a green gel that turns into a white cream as you massage it, with a warming feel. Made with mugwort leaf extract to soothe sensitive skin, it leaves the skin texture smooth after rinsing.
